CLAN MOTHER IN A BOX

Yes, that was me who packed my “Thirteen Original Clan Mothers” book away in some unnamed box by accident. And it would be me, also, who has packed away just enough things to make life more chaotic than usual.

While the new moon beams her darkness down to us this coming Sunday, I will be boxing the last of our belongings in preparation for the movers on Monday morning. They are coming at 8 in the morning, an hour I find uncharitable. Perhaps it’s for the best. Maybe being in a fog for part of moving day is not such a bad thing.

I want to let you know that I won’t be able to attend to my prayer ceremony this Sunday. But I will be holding all of you in prayer as I go about my last evening in this house, boxing, taping, sweeping. I’ll be back in better touch on the other end of our journey, when I reach Camas, Washington.

If you would all help me out by carrying on the prayers come Sunday, I would be so appreciative. Pray for each other and for all of us as we face this crazy summer of 2012.

All shall be well. Peace on your heart as you move forward. I will hold a “ceremony” in my back yard Sunday evening…just as I would if I was joining you, Susan. I will use my sweetgrass and sage, honor the four corners of the earth, and hold all of you in prayer. I’ll begin at 8pm est.

Susan, I wish you and Carter a wonderful journey as you leave one truly beautiful place for another beautiful setting in Camas. Take the journey slowly and trust that it is for good and will be good. I look forward to reading about this newness and how you interpret it all after you arrive. May your journey receive protection from Spirit and her love.

The Pacific Northwest is waiting to lovingly welcome you home! Traveling mercies sent your way!

Shortly after my mother died, I was preparing my 1970 campmobile (VW Camper van) for a trip around the continent. I am by nature and actor, not a planner. The plan was to get the bus in good order and take off to see the USA and possibly Mexico and or Canada.

As I was finishing redoing the brakes, I got an email from the beautiful woman I am now married to. It’s amazing how quickly plans can change. Idaho, if you can believe it, was to be my last move. It wasn’t. Life with the love of my life has been one adventure after another. We have seen many beautiful places together.

I don’t know what Camas has in store. I do know it’s close to rivers, lakes and a beautiful forest. These things move my heart. Mystery brings new every day. We keep our eyes and ears open to those opportunities and follow them, sometimes to the end.

As the “Great One” used to say: “And away we go.”

Hey Susan, been sending you, Carter and critters traveling mercies since Sunday and last night during moon time….seeing all wings surround you and the van for safe trip and if anything happened that you would have everything you need to help, efficiently and quickly.

Can’t wait to hear how it all goes and again I am so envious!! With Desi gone and another significant healing relationship over..been in Ft Collins 20 years….I wonder if it’s finally my time..??

In any case, fare thee well!!! Aletheia
